Toni Kroos ,born on January 4, 1990, is a German professional footballer who played as a midfielder for Real Madrid , a club oif spanish league La Liga, and the Germany national team. He is conisdered as one of the greatest midfielders of all time and has been known for his passing, creativity, crossing and set-piece ability. Kroos plays mainly as a central midfielder, but has also been deployed as a deep-lying playmaker in his career. With 34 titles won, Kroos is one of the most successful German football player of all time.

Club Career ( Bayern to Real Madrid):
At the begnning of his career, Tony Kroos first played for local club Greifswalder SC,and then he was transferred to the youth team of Hansa Rostock.Tony Kroos moved to Bayern Munich’s youth setup back in 2006.

At the age of 17, Tony Kroos made it to Bayern’s senior team for the 2007–08 season . He made an amazing start to his Bundesliga ( German League) career, making his debut for Bayern on 26 September 2007 in a 5–0 defeat of Energie Cottbus and twice assisting Miroslav Klose goals within 18 minutes of his appearance as a substitute. Tony Kroos was the youngest player ever to represent Bayern in a professional match at 17 years, a record since broken by David Alaba in 2010. On 25 October, Kroos earned Bayern a valuable victory away to Red Star Belgrade on his UEFA Cup debut, coming on as a substitute in the 81st minute and providing an assist for Miroslav Klose and then scoring the winning goal, his first for the club, in stoppage time. During the 2010–11 season, Kroos was a regular starter for Bayern in the Bundesliga, DFB-Pokal and Champions League. He ended the season with 37 appearances in all competitions.[citation needed]

Tony Kroos had an agreement with David Moyes to join Manchester United, but he later decided to join Real Madrid. But the Dutch manager chose not to sign Kroos when Moyes was fired and Louis van Gaal took over. He got a call from Carlo Ancelotti right before the 2014 World Cup.

On 17 July 2014, Real Madrid, a team in La Liga in Spain, declared that they and Kroos had come to a deal for the player’s transfer, with a six-year contract and no financial details provided. At the Di Stefano Stadium in 2021, Kroos scored his first El Clásico goal against Barcelona with a free kick in the 28th minute. The victory propelled Los Blancos to the top of the league with a crucial 2-1 league victory. In just his sixth attempt, this was Kroos’ first goal for Real Madrid from a free kick. With two goals in twelve games, Kroos won his fifth UEFA Champions League championship in 2021–2022.
With one FIFA Club World Cup championship with Bayern Munich and five with Real Madrid, Kroos broke his own record on February 11, 2023. In the Copa del Rey final on May 6, he participated in the 2–1 victory over Osasuna, earning him his first-ever trophy in that competition. Kroos’s Real Madrid contract was extended on June 21, 2023, by one year, keeping him with the team until June 2024. In Madrid’s 3–2 comeback victory over Napoli on the road on October 3, Kroos made his 100th Champions League appearance for the team.
After the UEFA Euro 2024, Kroos declared on May 21, 2024, he would step down from playing club and international football. On May 25, he participated in his final La Liga match at the Santiago Bernabéu, a goalless draw against Real Betis. When he was replaced in the 86th minute, the entire stadium gave him a standing ovation.He played his final game for the team on June 1st. In the Champions League final, Real Madrid defeated Borussia Dortmund 2-0 and he scored his 300th goal for the team with a corner assist from Dani Carvajal.
